Was born in Chicago. Came of age in New York City. After stints in film, theatre and TV, Carolyn found her way to advertising. As a copywriter and creative director, Carolyn worked at Lowe Worldwide, Saatchi and Saatchi, Kraftworks and Nickelodeon, working and leading creative campaigns for an array of fashion, tech and entertainment brands. Her client experience includes Macy’s, Maybelline, Playtex, Nasdaq, Nick@Nite, Lexis Nexis and the Metropolitan Opera. As a filmmaker and director, Carolyn has directed videos for record label xl Recordings and MTV productions. Her films have been seen in festivals around the world and featured in the MoMA show “Talk to Me”, curated by Paola Antonelli. Carolyn lives in Long Island City, New York with her husband and son and tries her best to make a film a year.




Lives and works in New York City via Youngstown, Ohio. Michael honed his visual and design chops working in the mix of the music and fashion. He began his creative career as Art Director for Russell’s Simmons’ iconic hip hop clothing company Phat Farm simultaneously working with artist, DJ and record label owner James Murphy of LCD Soundsystem and his then fledgling label DFA Records. With stints at Laird & Partners, Kraftworks and while at BUREAU™, the design studio he co-founded in 2008, Michael has had the opportunity to collaborate with brands like Coty Fragrance Intl, The Limited Corp, Calvin Klein, Marc Jacobs and Yves Saint Laurent. In 2010 Michael’s body of work for DFA Records was featured in the exhibition “That’s cool, but can you make it more shi*t? A retrospective of the art of DFA Records”.  Michael is also a photographer and designer of objects, always thinking about how to make something compelling and essential.
